Bruce LarsonChairmanQualifications: A Dip Eng, MAICD Bruce Larson is an experienced senior mining executive with 25 years experience in the minerals industry, including 21 years with the Rio Tinto Group. Mr Larson held various senior management and business development roles within Rio Tinto including with the Kintyre Uranium Project and participated in the task force teams that led Rio Tinto's successful takeovers of North Ltd and Ashton Mining. Mr Larson was also a Director of Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd. Mr Larson has extensive experience in major project approvals, community relations and the negotiation of native title agreements. He has, through his work with Rio Tinto, an excellent knowledge of the uranium and nuclear energy industry and was a Board member of the Uranium Information Centre. Mr Larson is a Director of the newly formed Australian Uranium Association and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Matthew GauciManaging Director Matthew Gauci is a company director and manager with over 12 years experience in the minerals industry, including company director, management consulting and operational management roles in both the junior and international uranium sector. Mr Gauci held operational management roles at the Kintyre Uranium Project with the Rio Tinto Group, and was a founding director of uranium exploration company, Scimitar Resources Limited. Mr Gauci holds a BSc and has completed an MBA from The University of Western Australia. Mr Gauci's experience in the uranium industry, particularly in strategic management, project management, business development and community relations, as well as his industry knowledge and business relationships, will assist Epsilon to identify, secure, manage and develop a portfolio of high quality uranium assets.

Michael DentithNon-Executive Director Mike Dentith is a Professor of Geophysics in the School of Earth & Geographical Sciences at The University of Western Australia. Mike has 20 years experience in minerals and petroleum industry research and consulting, including research on the geophysical characteristics of sandstone-hosted uranium mineralisation. He is currently Research Theme Leader for geophysics in the Centre for Exploration Targeting, a research centre created under the Western Australian Government Centre of Excellence in Science and Innovation Scheme. In addition to numerous research publications he has produced two benchmark books on "Geophysical Signatures of Western Australian Mineral Deposits" and "Geophysical Signatures of South Australian Mineral Deposits", both published by the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists.

Dean FeltonNon-Executive Director Dean Felton is a co-founder and Director of Oyster Consulting. Prior to this, Mr Felton was managing the Business Analysis function, an in house advisory team, for Rio Tinto. Recently he has worked with emerging mining companies to provide strategic management for the earliest stages of company development and has also managed the due diligence and financial analysis for a multi-national business exploring investment opportunities in Australian resource companies. At Rio Tinto, Mr Felton worked in externally focused areas covering work in mergers and acquisitions, being a key member on the US$2bn North Ltd acquisition by Rio Tinto. Mr Felton brings a wealth of experience focused on strategic management, business development and M&A’s. His extensive accounting and finance experience in a number of industries including mining, stockbroking, the public sector, and private practice will add significant value to the Company.

Stefan GawlinskiExploration Manager Stefan Gawlinski is an experienced geologist with over 25 years experience gained throughout Australia, Europe and Africa primarily in gold and base metals. Mr Gawlinski brings to Epsilon significant and recent exploration and resources discovery experience gained in senior management roles, most recently at Golden Grove, WA where he was the Chief Geologist for Oxiana Limited. Mr Gawlinski holds a BSc (Hons) from London University, a Masters from the University of Wales and is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London as well as a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He has a record of achievements in all facets of exploration including resource discoveries and delineations, project management, recruitment, environment and safety gained with junior, contracting and major companies, including Rio Tinto Zinc Ltd, Mt Martin Gold Mines, Normandy Mining Ltd, Newmont Australia Ltd and Oxiana Ltd.

Sam MiddlemasCompany Secretary
Sam Middlemas was appointed Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer on 18 March 2008. Mr Middlemas is a chartered accountant with more that 15 years experience in various financial and company secretarial roles with a number of listed public companies operating in the resources sector.
Mr Middlemas is the principal of a corporate advisory company which provides financial and secretarial services specialising in capital raisings and initial public offerings.
Previously Mr Middlemas worked for an international accountancy firm. His fields of expertise include corporate secretarial practice, financial and management reporting in the mining industry, treasury and cash flow management and corporate governance.
